There is no cash value to the voucher. Vouchers must be redeemed in full and cannot be part used, no change shall be given Please note that are prices may be subject to change. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 72 hours from the time of purchase and are valid for 12 months from the start date. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. To use a voucher, services must be pre-booked; use of the voucher will be subject to availability at the time of booking and at the discretion of the hotel.
